How it works

One of our volunteer drivers will pick you up from your home and take you to the appointment. They will park up and wait for you and then take you back home when you are ready. All for a very modest donation which you pay directly to the driver in cash.

So, if you need help to get to your medical appointment wherever it might be complete the form below or give us a ring on 01275 343677 and speak to one of our duty officers any weekday between 9.30am - 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 9.30am - 12.30pm on Friday and they will be pleased to help you out.(Please hold back if your appointment is more than 2 weeks away.)
